Inlands and Gul Finale. Sorry for the poor grammar. Robert and I will be sailing 3544
The entry form, notice of race and sailing instructions are up on the Northampton Sailing Club website. This link takes you there
It would be great if you can let me know that you are coming. It will of course be brilliant with Fireworks, Gul prizegiving including a prize draw which if you entered a Gul event you are entered for and a disco with extra cheese. Free camping on site.
Also the last Open meeting Char and I are organising before we relocate to Suffolk!
Pretty much max length.
if you give me a call at work tomorrow I can tell you what the thickness is. 01604 592808

Anyone turning up tonight can camp at the club but needs to call me on 07908753734 to get access.
Remember 10.30am rigged tomorrow.
Hi George,
Because of the way the boats were moulded the case width will vary from top to bottom, the top being thinner. This is then compensated for by packing out the bottom of the case with Jap tape. I can't remember that boat being particularly stiff though. I would try silicone spray to start with as this is an easier solution than sanding the inside of the case or the board.

Just sorting out the training  programme for Saturday.
is there anything in particular those that are coming want to focus on?
Topics such as boat handling, rig set up, tactics, foil set up, starts, come easily to mind. Please let me know and if there is anyone planning to come along that has not been in touch with me please Email or call; or call 07908753734
As long as you wear something Angus, it is not obligatory to be smart! Please join us.
The finale of the 2014 GUL Series will be held on Saturday 15th Nov with both Saturday and Sunday being the Northampton open meeting. The NOR and SIs will be available very soon from the What's on section of this site or from the NSC website.
We are sharing the weekend with the Larks, there will be a 12 noon briefing with 3 back to back races on the Saturday and 2 on Sunday morning.
The Gul series prize giving will be on Saturday evening at approx 6.30pm, followed by dinner.  Elaine has planned a 3 course meal for £10.50 / head but needs to know numbers by Weds 12th November.  Please either post on here or let Tom or Char know if you are coming and how many will be dining.
As we are sharing with the Larks and they do like to dress up, it would be great if everyone could make an effort and come dressed smartly for dinner or even in black tie.
Looking forward to it already.
