National 12 dinghy in good condition. Been dry stored for 10 years. Sails like an arrow. 2 main sails (one very smart) was done up 12 years ago but only sailed a few times. Need space and kids have grown up

Advertised for sale on eBay March 2023 for £500, located in Staines. Advert read as follows : 

"National 12 number 945.  Designed and built by Jack Holt.
Bought new in 1951 and still in the same family. 
A beautiful clinker built sailing dinghy which has been kept in a garage since it was last sailed in the 1980's. 
It needs work / varnishing /new rigging to get it back on the water but we believe hull is sound and has no rot.  
Includes original fixtures and fittings (not sure if any are missing) including rudder, centreboard,  wooden mast and boom.  Some removed for varnishing (see pictures). 
No trailer.
Sail (not the original) available."

Advertised for sale on eBay March 2023. Appears in sound condition. Ad read as follows :

"National 12 Sailing Dinghy Project.
Open to offers. This dinghy one lots of races in her day (sail no. 3100) and is quite a thought after national 12. I have a new job and so unfortunately don't have the time to restore her. Trolley is not in great condition but okay for transport. Comes with boom, plate, sail, rudder and lots of rigging bits.
No trailer but could potentially deliver for cost.

We have sanded and painted the bottom  and it now needs a mast, sails and sheets.
Cleats and other attachments look relatively new and in good order.
Road trailer included, functional but needing some attention.

Sadly looking to pass on to the next custodians. Ideally in the class! Bridgett 2551, a 1970 National 12, won many trophies and has a great history, all included. We are the 2nd owners of this boat and underwent a full restoration this summer (2022), Re rigged this year, has 3 jibs, two mains, a wooden whisker pole, trolly and lots of spares. All original except the new running lines and control lines. She's set up to be class legal for the vintage class.

After sailing Triarda for 2 years, I have now purchased a singlehanded so I am looking to pass her to a new owner.
The combi road trailer has been serviced at Trident UK in Sep 2022 and trailer had NEW suspensions, hubs and wheels, <30 miles since and receipt available; trailer complete with mast support and tie down bar and rope.
Great boat to get into vintage sailing, ready to tow away and sail and tour up and down the country , which unfortunately I do not have the time for.Also new in 2022: 2x buoyancy bags, mainsheet, main and jib halyards and mast ram rope.
She comes ready complete to sail, with a set of Alverbank sails with sail bags, carbon sheated c/board, mast ram and dangly pole, adjustable shrouds, aluminum mast and carbon boom. Breathable made to measure over-boom cover new in 2020 by LulhamRobinson with boom support and good undercover. Measurement certificate.
Spares: smaller rudder blade, another broken but fixable rudder blade, a non matching no. older mainsail off another N12, and an older spare wheel for the trailer .
Currently garaged at home in Newcastle upon Tyne.

N12 3482 Steam Pudding, Man'o'war design. Bought a couple of years ago with some upgrades completed, but just not sailing enough.
Comes with two mains, three jibs, carbon boom, and trolley (no trailer). Slight damage shown in photo on the rear deck where the bridle was (inexplicably) attached, since corrected. Needs a bit of love but it's a lovely open cockpit shape. Jib cleats attached for younger sailors.
