good condition sails wanted

hi guys
i have recently finished refitting the hull of my 12 and as it doesnt look like i will have much time to sail it. i am looking for a set of good condition sails so that i can lend it to a youngster at a local club. current sails are totally fubar!! can anyone help? will pay reasonable money but not silly money!
