Recently professionally refurbished N12 3344, Ella. Double bottom fitted prior to the refurbishment. Angell carbon mast, P&B carbon boom, carbon jib pole,new thwart, all control lines have been replaced inc recently purchased split tail mainsheet.
Two sets of sails, one old set of P&B sails and one set of moderately used Alverbanks sails.
Carbon centreboard and rudder inc rudder bag.
Also includes a top cover and an under cover. 
Combination trailer, launching trolley has been refurbished.
Trailer board and rear mast support not included in the sale.

The boat is at Rudyard Lake Sailing Club, Leek, Staffs.

We collected Ella last saturday after her refurbishment was completed. We hoped to sail on sunday but were unable to as the lake was covered in ice. Below is a pic of Ella taken last sunday.
