Hykeham SC Open meeting

Hykeham SC open meeting is on Sunday 14th June the day after the Coaching (see separate thread for coaching details). There appears to be a temporary glitch with the club web site so Notice of Race, Entry form, directions, accommodation etc are not available at the moment from the club web site. I can Email information to you if you request it via this forum. The basics are as follows:
Sunday 14^th June 2009
Race 1 â€" 11:30
Race 2 â€" 13:30
Race 3 â€" to follow race 3.
  
Open meeting will be 2 out of 3 races to count.
 
On Saturday evening there will be a Barbecue, the bar will be open and camping will be available on site on Saturday evening for anyone wanting to stay over after the coaching for the open meeting. Tents and Motorhomes welcome.
Breakfast and lunch will be available on Sunday. Prizegiving will be held as soon as possible after the final race.
If you intend to come it would be helpful to have an indication of numbers for catering purposes. If you are stopping over and would like to join the BBQ this would also be useful for catering and if you are planning to camp numbers would be useful so we can cordon off sufficient area for pitching tents.

Greetings Steve! We have already booked in for the training on the Saturday (as too has Ian Norman from TVSC), won't be stopping overnight but will be there for the Sunday racing. P :K)

As Paul I intend to be there for both days so would appreciate the info etc.  Sat will be after lunch as flying in from USA that morning
BBQ great for hopefully 4 but not staying overnight on site.

As put on other thread we will be there for the coaching on sat, we're staying off site over night but will be there for the open and the BBQ.

Thanks to those who have given an indication on their attendance at the Hykeham Open and the coaching via the other thread. If anyone needs a crew for either Saturday or Sunday we can probably fix them up with one.
