Crew for Yorkshire Dales

I'm coming all the way down from sunny Scotland to sail Mr Jones at Ripon and Hopefully Yorkshire Dales, but I desperately need a crew for Yorkshire dales. (I hope the ever efficient Jenny has found me one for Ripon). His will be my only chance to practice in mr jones before Burton week. It is really important i get on the water if i am to have any chance of keeping up with Chadders, Gatti man and captain Carbon at Weymouth.
If I don't find a crew I may just have to resort to slamming a car door on my thumb or other desperate measures.
