Campers on Friday Evening at Northampton

If anyone is planning on camping on the Friday evening of the 75th anniversay weekend, please could you contact Northampton Sailing Club on 01604 880248 or info@northamptonsailingclub.org - you are very welcome to get a good tent space early but need to get a code for the gate and the toilets(!).

If you are camping and would like to take advantage of minibus transport please let me know via email or on 01423 865793 and if you still havent got your dinner tickets please apply to Janet Bloor this week or you will be too late. If you plan to arrive on the Friday evening then please see the post above from Charlotte. See you at Northampton. Howard

We will be 'living on site' from Friday night through to Monday and it would be really helpful to know what food will be available at the club and when so we can work out what we need to bring with us! Can anyone help with this information?

Apart from Saturday morning (I'll check), food will be available all weekend from the galley, includng breakfast for anyone camping (or particularly hungry).
This includes breakfast on Sunday and Monday, lunch every day, a barbeque on Saturday night and Elaine will cook a roast on Sunday night for anyone not attending the dinner at Highgate House.
We'll be asking for a show of hands at the briefing to give Elaine a good indication of how many people will be wishing to have breakfast each morning, the bbq and the roast.
Hopefully this should keep the catering in van to a minimum??

Charlotte, you are a star. That is just the best sort of van weekend, and a Roast Dinner too? Fantastic. V happy bunnies here!! Shall pack liquid stocks to ensure we can have coffee and a late night snifter. How awfully civilised

Don't forget....if you are planning on camping on Friday evening at Northampton SC, please call the club beforehand - you'll need a code to get through the gate and the toilets.
