Why when I look at the new website is every thing on top of each other and pictures distorted?

I needed to refresh the page once fully loaded for it to display properly

I had the same problem with firefox but hitting reload fixed it

Internet explorer was the problem refresh has sorted it. Thanks for the sugestions.
