web site or newsletter - why both?

I have written a small piece in the next Ratchet asking for people's views on how we deal with newsletters in future. My view for 2007 is two issues of ratchet and the rst on the web site, let's see what everyone thinks.
I will do two more Ratchets and then we will need a new Editor, suggest this is taken into account in any replies...
