Why can't I access the second hand bits? can see all the guff about new boats but not pre owned (alright second hand) help grazz

I had a very similar problem not so long back where quite a few of the links appeared not to be there, if that makes sense. It turned out to be a setting on the Internet security software that was blocking ads. When I switched this feature off and all was clear.
