And, congratulations to Kevin for pulling this lot together.... it is tough to achieve a decent geographic spread and keep the dates from getting too close together.. especially when not all of the clubs are totally co-operative.

For those that do not know, Hykeham is outside Lincoln and just off the A1.

A few other interesting facts:

For those wanting to make a holiday of it, the Hunstanton event is the first weekend of North West Norfolk Week.

Make a weekend of it at Ripon - come and sail at Yeadon the following day! Ripon will be laying on a supper and entertainment on the Saturday evening and there will be camping available at the club.

Hykeham has a growing fleet of 12's and it's great to be able to go and support the fleet which Steve Sallis has been so instrumental in developing (it's his home club). I'm told that they should have their new clubhouse by the time of the summer meeting.

The comment about clubs not co-operating is noted with interest at Spinnaker. We wanted a Gill event on our clubs 50th anniversary, we have a growing fleet of 12's, yet were not deemed a suitable venue. With stalwarts such as David Wilkins and Steve Adshead at the club this is a real shame.
