2009 Dinghy Show

Dear all
This is 7-8 March 2009 at Alexandra Palace.  I would like a volunteer to co-ordinate our stand please.  Email me on chairman@national12.org
responsibilities include
- liasing with RYA / Alexandra Palace to book space
- co-ordinating manning of the stand
- choosing and then co-ordinating getting a display boat to and from Ally Pally
- setting up and breaking up stand - the stand equipment lives in the loft at Ranelagh SC
A combination of Antony, Graham, Zoe, Bim and myself have led this for more than 10 years and we need a new volunteer to lead this.  Applications taken in strictest confidence.....

Can't co-ordinate it or get involved in set up or break up but Team RM will help out first thing Saturday morning as usual.

John, I am happy to help with one element of the above, but not all four. I would certainly be happy to volunteer collecting and to setting up the stand, but that would be my bit. Is that any use to you. If we all do a bit, the job will not be so onorous! Simon 3454
