As many of you will know, Ken Goddard's wife, Jean, has been battling cancer for some years; sadly Jean passed away peacefully at the Royal Hospital Derby on Tuesday evening.

Ken has asked me to pass on the funeral arrangements on Monday 5th November 2012 which are:

13:30 Service at All Saints Church, Mickleover

14:15 Cremation at Markeaton Crematorium

"Wake" at the Mackworth Hotel, Derby

Jean Goddard: Obituary

Jean Goddard passed away on 15th October 2012 at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 74 years; the dearly loved wife of Ken, much loved mother of Miles and dear sister of Margaret. Funeral Monday 5th November. Service 1.15pm in All Saints Church, Mickleover followed by a private committal. Family flowers only please but donations may be given at the church or sent payable to G. Wathall and Son Ltd, 101 Macklin Street, Derby DE1 1LG to be divided between Myeloma UK and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution
