Have just bought Ice Slice from Graham and will be keeping it at Nottingham Sailing Club. Hopefully this year I will have more time to sail!!

I am refurbing a baggy 2 and all the varnish has lifted. I believe that it has been epoxy/2 pack finished. What grade sandpaper should I use to prep her? Can I use an orbital sander on her. (please say yes as I dont want to block her down)? Tips and hints would be welocmed.
I will be also painting the hull which is 2 pack. Any sanding, prep and finishing tips?

Thanks Graham, I will pay you guys a visit at the start of the season. I did not know Notts County did a pre season series, that might be worth a visit. Do you know when it starts?

Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated. If there is anybody who sails at Notts County that can inform me of the fleet size that would be great as I think the boat would be best suited for the more open water.
