Just to say that I took part in the race for life for Cancer Research last night, was brilliant really enjoyed myself.

I ran walked ran and completed the 5km in just under 45 min, which for my first attempt I am very proud of.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to those of you who sponsored me, thank you for your support!

If I am still working at the college (hopefully not) then will not be able to go at that time as they are likely to ban holiday late Aug because of the exam results.

I just think things should be kept affordable thats all for everyone regardless of their disposable income and also to keep the youngsters in sailing without fleecing the parents too much and a GPS is another expensive item.
