N2308 was advertised for sale on 17.11.07.............

I'm thinking about buying some new sails possibly with a slightly larger Jib than the standard 2.2 Sq.m. I was wondering what luff lengths people were using on there jibs and mains.

Richard Hannaford is a good sailmaker and I am sure he can make you some suitable sails. When I have finished my rebuild i may well pay him a visit.

  Garry whats the number of your boat? The class was expecting a rule change from steel to wood and some of the builders built boats with wider boxes to allow wooden boards. Athough the wood boards were a bit thin back in the sixties.N2134 built in '63 had a steel plate now has a wooden board but this might change to carbon after a winter/spring rebuild.

1216 is a Proctor Mk 2 there are some good pictures in the Designs guide of the deck lay out. Hope this helps.

I have and old Proctor "C" section which is gold anodized and in good useable condition complete with all rigging inc. dangly pole and a round section Proctor boom which is newer and is silver anodized.
I'm open to sensable offer my number is in the book, or leave a message here and I will get back to you.

I have one suit of 2002 P+B sails they have not had a great deal of use and set very nicely. The jib is a standard 2.2 the main is kevlar, there are a couple of small wear marks where the boom rubs the shrouds.
Call for more info. my numbers in the book.

 Peter N2340 was built by Alec Stone Boat builders in 1966 and is a Tizyer design a one off I suspect.
