I am surprised with the winds forecast as they are that the wind chill factor has not taken things down a notch or two or maybe twenty.

Maybe the friction of the air molecules tearing across the surface of your skin at 375mph creates friction, encouraging blood flow to the epidermis thus making you feel warmer?
