Choc, screw or ram?

Hi all,
Seeing as Catatonic is getting her winter facelift at the moment I'm wondering whether I should reinstall the mast screw or not...  Seems to me that the screw is good because it can force prebend, but a ram would be more adjustable while sailing.  Because we're such a lightweight pair we almost always want the mast well bent and rig depowered 'though.  What's the thinking on this? (I don't want to do anything too radical so switching to a carbon mast plus lowers is probably out!)

As long as your adjustment method works, stick with the screw...
