'discussion' with the crew is ongoing but at present we are coming so two tickets would be good.

If you do see a girl wrapped up like an eskimo looking bored please talk to her!  I will buy you all a pint later if she has a good time!!

p.s. i mean on the water!

Me again!
Another few questions, how many races are there? what times? How long is typical race?
Looking like my crew might be persuaded,  ;D
But might be limited to 2 races  :'(

Chtou Chtou's first outing!!! woo hoo!!

If anyone wants to take us under their wing it'd be appreciated!  ::)
Thanks

You could try using Yahoo groups.

We use it a lot at our club.  It's basically a posh mailing list.  My club  members chose whether they wanted an electronic copy or paper copy.  And I think about 75% wanted electronic at our club.  It might be a bit different with the 12 because people might want to keep them as a reccord.
It's sent out as a pdf.

You can also share files on it aswel if wanted and photos.

The moderator can choose what permissions he wants everyone to have, whether they just receive or can send also.  It's what RS use for all theirs too.
Member's have to be added by the moderator but can apply for membership through a link.

www.groups.yahoo.com

might be worth thinking about.

ok another pic to show what they are trying to prevent.

The thing I dont understand is how somehting as small as that little thing in the photo is going to change this massive vortex. maybe it does...

are we sure it's not just a fancy wind indicator?!
I would offer to try one out but i don't think that a 5% reduction in drag is going to help me win the race!

I think they look great, and thats all that matters right? and when I have a spare few days at work will run some analysis.

Anyone got any more details than those pictures?

What about different make different age?!
Just had a look at some photos and definately different makes so that might put a dampener on things.
Good news about the membership though.

Right, how would I have a clue if they were meant to be together?!
I think my main has somehting scribbled in the corner, I assume they both should have, not sure if they are from the same pair will have to have a look this wkd.

What about costs?  Do I have to be an association member to race?  I can't see the point in paying out for 2006 membership in Oct.

I will definately be there just depends on whether 3211 follows! (my crew has become a little weather dependant?!) I am coming to take a look at a set of sails a kind man has offered.

Hi all,

The tow hitch is finally being sorted on the car so travelling will begin!
The next event that is not a billion miles away for us is Grafham Water.  This would be our first meet in the 12 and have only ever sailed her at our local club where rules are not exactly strict!

What do I need to do to be legal?!  I have a measurement certificate that doesn;t look like it has been touched.  What about sai/weightl measurements etc?

Thanks in advance,
Jon

Is this what you were on about?
They seem tiny and look more like a wind hawk on steroids!!

Try Brian and Nola,
They are up at the top but it means you will have not trouble leaving a trailer outside and they are very friendly.  Otherwise try the tourist information, lots on there.
