After saying goodbye to Hot Fuzz after the last race at Northampton have just taken delivery of PP. Beautiful boat!
Many many thanks Jim for bringing her all the way from Bavaria.
Unfortunately there is no water during daylight in the river for a few weeks, so will have to be patient......

Only one more block to turn green to get our own calender..
Please get voting as I would miss having the calender above my desk next year.

Angus,
Having read your email I was in the shed today so I measured mine (!!). 610mm pintle to flexi joint.  But I did have it lengthened by 25mm a few years ago.
However I must agree with Chris, I found my boat very unbalanced a Ripon, and yet at the Nationals it was stable as anything in similar wind strengths.  I think you should try it on open water, in wind first without the special Ripon 30° F6 wind shifts.

Hot Fuzz will be there for the weekend. My final sail in her before I hand her over to new owners Sunday evening.
So all you clinker boats out there please keep away as I know how you like to run into me!

I need a new Combi trailer.
Does anybody have any recommendations where I can get one at a good price, i.e. cheap and reliable.
Would be interested if anyone has a double stacker for sale if I go with plan B.

Its going to be an imteresting wind shift when the Tornado (the plane not the wind) does its usual low level Mach 1 run up the estuary!! I think Thorpe Bay is just about where he hits full afterburn at approx 100feet!!

Martin,
Email me and I will send you the original picture Chris sent me, as I had to reduce it a lot to get it on the website.
Maybe 28 stone isn't to heavy for a 12 in certain conditions!!

Tim,
Thank everyone for organising such an fun days sailing.  I am realy glad we stayed over and competed.  It really took me back to my college days at Rugby SC which I think might be slightly smaller, but definately deeper!
It certainly leads to intimate sailing, especially at the mark roundings.  I got quite intimate with some of the Clinker fleet!
To those who packed up after Ripon... you missed a good days yachting.  With a suntan thrown in.
