She's a Nat12. Baggy Trousers. Sail no 3210 named 'Sgt. Bilko'. Designed by Robert Peebles and built by Nigel Waller in 1983.
She was refurbished in 2013 and has barely been sailed since (only once since I bought her two years ago) and there is a blog post with lots of photos of the refurb so you can see what was done in detail here:
