Jean- Yves is about to be building a pudding boat in France, he has the plans and is working on them at present. he needs help with a few measurements that I do not have. I have suggested he puts his questions for you to answer. 

I have had to call time on sailing the Pudding. The boat has had little use since it was built. Now sitting in the boat park in need of a new home. It is a 4 plank Highjack with a carbon sheeved hull, so very stiff. It needs a new home so I am open to sensible offers.

If you are planning a home build I have still the frames I used to build my 4 plank Highjack 3547. If you are planning a home build you are very welcome to have use of them, you would of course have to get the designers permission and pay his royalties I also have a full set of photos showing the build.

Just about to go down to the workshop to work on the Pudding for a couple of hours. Who has got what project on the go? Why not build a new one for next season.

One of the largest classes in this race was for National 12's / Fireflies. The race was won by N500 Flip McGilda sailed by a K Pearce. There were over 150 boats racing with some interesting classes represented. Must have been a challenging sail, the race was run on 2 occasions.

Hi. The Ginger Pudding is in need of a new home, and I need my workshop back. The hull is for sale for £500, This includes carbon C/B. Harken fittings. Cover and launching trolley. A foiling rudder is available for discussion. All it needs is a rig on top. Details and pictures are on the data base.

All being well the new Pudding will be launched this weekend, hope to get a few sails in before the Burton. I am in need of a measurer, either if one is visiting the Island or I can bring the boat across to the big Island. I am also looking of a crew for the Burton. Also I still have the Ginger Pudding for sale, being sold minus rig but with Carbon C/B and Composite craft foiling rudder.

If someone has a good rig and sails and they wish to move to a foiling hull I would be happy to sell the hull with the Composite Craft Foiling rudder and carbon C/B for £1000.

I was in Weymouth yesterday, it was interesting to see 40+ Ospreys launching from Weymouth SC in the harbour. Would make a good Burton Week venue!!

Is there going to be a 12 calendar this year? If not I need to go shopping

N3519. Had my second visit to see the latest 12 this afternoon. I am sure when it makes its enterance it will be a real talking point. It proves that there is still alot of scope to move forward with our current rules. If it does not make Burton week I will bring some pics.

The latest Pudding boat is at last taking shape with wood and glue. If anybody is interested and they land on the IOW you are welcome to call in. Also 3498 Paradise Pudding is still looking for a good home.
