Title: N12 on Ebay
Post by: edwillett on 02 Oct 2011, 06:10
Item number 220867473786, located in Wolverhampton. Any reasonable offer accepted. Looks like a Warlock to me, but owner says it is N2712 which is a Cobra and already on the Database....?

The pics from ebay. Anyone agree that this is a Warlock?

having spent the first 2 years of my 12 sailing in a warlock I would have to say I agree it certainly looks like one. Then again that was many years ago and memories fade

I would say that looking at the boat it is a Warlock. Get the owner to see if there is a number engraved on the centre thwart which can then be refenced against the database. Having checked the database, 2712 is down as a Cobra and was on e bay with pictures that look radically different from this boat.

The owner has twice confirmed to me that it is 2712. My guess was 2713 which is a Warlock but the owner said no, 2712!

Ed, in my view this boat is most certainly a Warlock.

A Cobra design has 4 large planks either side, like a windfall or a 4 plank china doll?
