According to RYA website our new PY is 1077 for 2013.
I don't think anyone can be too surprised. We have been off 1078 at IBRSC for a good few years now...and Merlins have been pegged down 8 and Phantoms down 13. 420s up 13 to 1100 though. That's a shocker!
