The life of N2925 Free Fall. Design: Free Fall, designed by: Phil Morrison in 1976
On Ebay Item number 250530466191
Certainly in need of TLC
I (David Greening) owned Freefall in the late seventies/early eighties and sailed her at Aldenham Sailing Club with great success. She originally belonged to designer Phil Morrison and then by Tony James from RHYC. I sold her to Steve Proctor.
She was built by Jon Turner while he was working for Spud Rowsell and imo was one of the pretiest 12's ever built. She was very very fast in light winds, I suspect that she would still get great results in drifting conditions.
I note that she has recently been sold on ebay - if the purchaser wishes to pass her on please let me know.
I have free fall now :D
I'm new to dinghies
I have done a lot of the repairs ,She is beautiful and I hope to have her to be ready in a few weeks
I will update when she is finished , she has a new deck is being fitted now
if interested I can post some pics
Regards
Richard
