Don't remember there being a dress code the last time I went there for a championship. As an aside, Brixham has awesome race management. As soon as the wind shifts, there's a new windward mark, start lines are pretty perfect and there's very little hanging around. We were off the water by 1 having completed 2 x hour-long races. Shame I can't make it this year...
