;DI have just purchased N2821 last weekend. We have 2 weeks to get her rubbed down, repainted and to get her ready for her new life at Durleigh Sailing Club and the occaisional weekend at Portland. She is in need of a bit of TLC

Riptide was built for Geoff Shreeve and sailed at Burton SC (Branston) from 1974-78. Geoff didn't move up to Foremark Resv. when the club left Branston at the end of '78, so I think that the boat must have gone to Staunton Harold with Tim & Wendy Gray (Wendy was Geoff's daughter).

I purchased Riptide towards the end of 2019, the hull needs a couple of localised repairs and a thorough clean and freshen up. Purchased via eBay for the princely sum of £25 after being abandoned at Durleigh SC.

Plan is to freshen it up and sail with my 7 year old daughter at Shearwater, she currently sails Oppies so hopefully she will enjoy something a bit livelier.
