More importantly,
Anne with much help from many including Mike & Alison Edwards produced a top lunch that was enjoyed by many of differing ages and interests. Strangely the paper aircraft part of the proceedings seemed to appeal to all....
Thanks to all involved, especially those that persuaded me on to the river and those that helped entertain and nourish our boys.

Indeed, for January it was an incredibly beautiful day. The sun shone and breeze blew consistently enough to avoid any backwards motion. Tricky shifty winds required constant vigilence and trimming but rewarding when you felt you made every puff count.
Big hand to Mike & Anne and their helper, + Chris & Alison Edwards, for the oustanding lunch and entertainment. Much appreciated.
A Grand Day out it was.
