Title: In memory of Yvonne and Helen!

Hi All,



This sunday I will be running the Great South Run (10miles around Portsmouth) and raising money for MacMillian Cancer Support in memory of two lovely National 12 crews - Yvonne McInnes and Helen David. They were both very active, mainly in the Northern Series, over the past 25+ years. Mum did her last Burton in 2009 shortly before being diagnosed with bowel cancer and died the following year. Helen unfortunately was diagnosed 2 years later and died earlier this summer. We miss them!   :'(



So earlier this year I decided I wanted to do a charity run in honour of them so finally it is here, if you would like to a donate to this great cause please visit my just giving page-

Ooops, I also meant to say I completed the run on Sunday in 1:37:16.
