Title: another uffa king restoration
Post by: sawdusty on 02 Jul 2012, 07:25
Hope you don't mind me posting here as a non 12 owner, but it may be of interest that we have a 50's-built 'Uffa King' design N12 in our westcountry workshop for major repair/ renovation.  It looks to be pretty much identical to N1 in construction and needs 7/8 new planks, new stem knee, new ribs throughout and re-decking along with a load of rigging.

In case anyone is interested (and can tell me how to add photos - my html has gone rusty!) I can post a few photos of progress, but it has got me looking into getting a 12 as they are great looking boats.

Hi,

Yes she is.  I believe the owner is updating the boat database.

Cheers.
