Probably a scam - only a member since 25th March and the description is brief at best, a brave person to attempt to bid on this one, you need to go see it first and find out the real identity and history.

I contacted the seller, told him it was a National 12 and to let me have the number carved into the thwart so I could identify it for him and he could revise the ad to draw more interest. My message was acknowledged but nothing else forthcoming.

I recognse this from IBRSC.l Boat has been berthed over the winter but I've never seen it on the water. Definitely look before you buy.
