The life of N1369 Rusalka. Design: Mark 6, designed by: Ian Proctor in 1955
Original boat name: Honey.
My friend rescued this boat from a scout's bonfire in the mid 90's. At this time we had N1258 and were in the process of doing it up. My friend thought it would be a good idea to have a spare hull which also could be renovated and used alternate years ie one hull being re-varnished every year.
Unfortunately; it took us all our time to just restore N1258 which I sold in the late 90's. This boat N1369 is still sat in my front garden filled with soil but looking ever so nice with dwarf daffodils growing in it.
