I have some history on N1808 from Gabriel Kicks whose family owned her from 1986 until this year.

"We swapped a Mirror Dinghy for N1808 in 1986 with the previous owner, the only info I can give is that he lived in Southend, he'd had the boat (N1808) a long time but was getting too old to handle it. My father had taught me to sail in the Mirror but, at 15, he decided I was ready to take on something a bit more challenging. So N1808 moved to Liss Forest in Hampshire and we sailed it at Langstone Harbour by the bridge over to Hayling Island and occasionally at Studland Bay.In 1996 my parents moved down to Falmouth where the boat is now but, as I moved overseas the following year, the boat has only been sailed about four or five times down here"
