Lugo was raced very successfully at Pitsford Reservoir, Northampton, during the mid 1960s when she was owned by Jim Lucas.

Lugo was raced by Peter Jarvis at Northampton Sailing Club in the early 1980's. I believe that after he sold the boat it fell into disrepair and was broken up.

From my memory Lugo was sailed by Julian Waller at Tynemouth in 1985 and was damaged beyond repair on the Tuesdays windy race....along with major carnage....Andy Shorrocks loosing the transom off China Chrisis amongst others       even had the Coast Guard helicopters "helping out"
