Sailed by Norah Adlam in 1961. She got in the prize list at Burton Week and won the Money Trophy. Now for sale.

Avocet was owned in the early years of the last decade by Kevin Milburn of the Derwent Reservoir S.C. She entered the very windy DRSC Vintage Open Meeting of 2002, but retired. I never saw her after that but I think Kevin continued to keep her in storage for a number of years.

Norah Adlam's famous Mk10 Avocet, Norah was Class Chairman in 1962-63 and won many trophies in this boat.
