Thank you to those of you from the 12 fleet that have sponsored me for this years marathon. This was the first time I have run a marathon and I completed it in 4hrs 22mins 22secs and I have raised just short of £3,000 for the NSPCC.

It is a good many years since I ran a half dozen half marathons. Perhaps I should add a full marathon to to the list of things to do before I die. Best to place it last on the list, though, as it would almost certainly result in the death of me! - It was an effort to 'run' th elength of Annadale!
