the Bloody Mary 2000

N3448 - Tom Stewart & Liz Ross - 3rd!! Yes Tom was 3rd only beaten by a 49er and a International 14 - way to go tom & liz!

Andy Pickerall & Jonathan (super light weights) were flying along, Tom said that Andy was the hardest person to get passed in the entire race!

Bim Daser & Sarah Edwards - positively angelic and yes it really was that nice weather.

Steve Lightfoot ventured out to the Blody Mary for the first time - and lived to tell the tale!

Mr Atkins made a come back with Mandy Henderson, they put in a rather speedy performance in that very nice double bottomed carbon baggy of Will's.

The Twelves put in a great turn out of 9 boats, (the most I can remember at a Bloody Mary). The total entry was somewhere in the region of 280 boats and with winds of force 3 gusting 4 it was carnage in places (as you'd expect with these funny assymetric things), particularly the beat with all the assymetric boats running / reaching at high speed out of control between us! Sorry we didn't have photo's of every one but Tom Hayhoe was getting cold by the time the rest of us made it in. The rest incldued (Graham Camm & Zoe, Geoff Camm & Amelia, Caroline Martin and Bernard Clarke - who travelled all the way from Yorkshire for a great sail.

See you all there next year?!?!
