Waldringfield Sailing Club
Sailing is on the River Deben, one of the series of attractive
estuaries found in this area of Suffolk. The club hosts two large
open events each year to which the class is invited. One event
is held over the Easter weekend and the other towards the end
of the season. There is no club fleet for Twelves, but the welcome
at the open events is always warm and there is always a healthy
fleet of Twelves in attendance.
The village of Waldringfield is located to the East of the town of Woodbridge, 5 miles east of Ipswich in Suffolk. The village is a short drive from the A12, and also convenient for the A14 from the Midlands.
