About the Annie Apple
Annie Apple has been designed to minimise drag (surface and wave making) and maximise righting moment and lift. She has a fair shape with a fine entry. Her "aggressive" transom and chines are intended to maximise lift generated by the stern wave and planing "break out", without diminishing good sub-planing performance. She is a recent design with extra sheer in the sitting out area to improve the ergonomics of the double floor whilst her underwater shape reflects recent reductions in boat and rig weight.
