Help re certificate

[face=Times][/face]Can anyone help please. I have a valid certificate etc for N3280, I spent sometime getting all my paper work together I even got some new sails and have them writen onit. However, I have put it all in a safe place and cannot now find it !!!!! I am sure someone out there knows the feeling. can I get another one issued   do I have to go via the RYA

You need to talk to Kevan Bloor - address in the yearbook or elsewhere on this site.  He lloks after all 12 certification and registration.
