Hard to describe exactly how I do it but the main difference is changing hands before you start the tack and facing the back of the boat as you change sides leading with your front foot

I personally think the government guidelines are just that what is important is common sense
I feel that we should still keep our distance from people we don't live with, be it one or two meters for the foreseeable future .
Which makes racing impossible for some of us.

Sad to hear Norfolk week is cancelled
As I don't live with my crew it looks like sailing is on hold for a while
I can't really see how any racing can take place at the moment with the 2m rule  because of safety boat manning etc
