Title: N3495 Boatyard Dog
Post by: MMG on 01 May 2017, 10:05
Boatyard Dog has moved a bit further north and has now taken up residence at Clyde Cruising Club.
Yesterday was our first sail of the year and first in a N12 for nearly thirty years. We could have picked a better day - rather cold with a horrible gusty easterly blowing. Unfortunately I cannot blame the conditions entirely for our escapades, but I think it is fair to say that Jim and I have quite a lot of re-learning to do! However, as they say we are looking forward to the challenge. I will post occasional bulletins, just in case anyone is interested. Who knows we may encourage other "older and heavier" crews to give it a go.

Hi Martin really please that another 12 has made its way north of the border, is that Bardowie that you are sailing at? Hope we see you at Crammond and Solway.

Hi Angus. Yes we will be sailing at Bardowie.
Hopefully we will manage at least one on Solway or Crammond
