Scottish Series Overall Results

With all the events now run, the scores are in for the Lairwell and Border trophies and it’s pleasing to note that we’ve had a very healthy 14 boats sail in the series, with 5 of those qualifying. A total of 7 clubs were represented by those who competed and the boats ranged from Angus and Rohan's China Doll through to the double bottomed Chapters and Big Issues. We have no defined rules for splitting discards in the series and have therefore opted to show Team Brookes and Team Simpson as equal second - if we were to use 'who won when they last raced against each other' the split would be in favour of Team Brookes (1st place at Annandale v Mark's 2nd place).

The Border trophy is raced for at Annandale and Derwent, with the trophy awarded to the helm with the lowest aggregate score. Three helms qualified for the trophy.
